'Azile' - 30 Villiers Street

Grafton Heritage accommodation welcomes you to Azile and Eliza, our Victorian red brick duplex was built in 1875.
The duplex is the only example of its style in New South Wales.
Azile is the right half of the duplex and has one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a second bedroom upstairs which includes a queen bed with its own lounge area and fully made up daybed.
It can sleep up to five people.
The duplex is located in central Grafton, within walking distance of the mighty Clarence river, across the road from Grafton Shopping World and easy access to out newly refurbished Art Gallery, the restored Saraton Theatre, Schaffer House Historical Society and many restaurants and hotels.
Eliza and Azile are both furnished with beautiful antique furniture that has been sourced from around the Clarence Valley.
The main lounge is downstairs at the front and the contemporary kitchen is at the back along with the bathroom.
We have a large area available for off street parking which is popular for ski boats in the season.

What's included

Azile is a very roomy tiny home.
Downstairs has a living room with a smart TV set up with Netflix and Stan.  We also have excellent business quality internet throughout.
The downstairs and upstairs bedrooms both come with queen sized bed.  The upstairs bedroom has its own lounge area including smart TV.
The bedrooms are all supplied with 1000 thread count 100% cotton.  Large fluffy towels are provided along with bathrobes in the wardrobes.
The bathroom is a newly renovated bathroom with a generous shower. The hot water is supplied by a new heat pump service. The bathroom has complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Downstairs is the eat in kitchen with full size gas stove and microwave and dishwasher and also coffee pod machine with a variety of pods and a selection of teas. All cutlery and crockery is provided along with pots, pans and bake ware. The fridge is stocked with breakfast spreads, cereals and we will contact you to confirm your bread and milk preference.
There is also a laundry at the rear of the building with washing machine and dryer.
We have a large area available for off street parking and we are popular for ski boats in the season.
