‘Ithaca’ is located on the corner of Mary and Dobie Street, Grafton. It is a weatherboard home built in 1919 with large verandas that surround 3 sides of the home.
There are 3 bedrooms furnished with gorgeous antique queen beds and the master bedroom has a newly installed ensuite bathroom, with a french porcelain basin and vintage style imported English fittings.
It will sleep 7 people comfortably.
Ithica is only 3 blocks from our Base Hospital and 2 blocks from our famous Grafton race course.
For entertainment the local RSL club is a just a block away or a few blocks from hotels and restaurants.
The main bathroom has been finished in marble with a shower over the freestanding bath.
The back garden is fully fenced. Pets can be considered.

What's included

Ithica is a large house with an extensive back yard and comes with a BBQ and outdoor chairs and tables.
There is parking at the rear with access through the side street driveway.
The living room is downstairs with a smart TV set up with Netflix and Stan. We also have excellent business quality internet throughout the property. A second smart TV is in the second bedroom.
The bedrooms are all supplied with 1000 thread count 100% cotton sheets and large fluffy towels. The bathrooms have complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The kitchen has its original fuel stove and tiled hearth giving the feel of the original kitchen but fitted out with a granite counter and contemporary induction cook top along with a double oven and dishwasher plus a Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of pods and a variety of teas. The kitchen is fully kitted out with crockery and cutlery and pots and pans and bake ware so you can cook up a storm if you so desire.
We offer some breakfast supplies and we will contact you to confirm your bread and milk preferences. The fridge is stocked with cereals and breakfast spreads.
The laundry is located at the rear wash house and has both a washing machine and a dryer with detergent supplied.
